A while ago I went to the doctors with demons in my head. I was feeling lost and was losing inspiration for most things. We spoke about how I felt in different situations and we got on to the subject of music. Now, I've been creating music since I was a teenager and had been rapping for a few years and my doctor asked me how i felt when I was writing, recording or performing. I told him that I felt positive during these times and he told me to go out, write, record and perform as often as I can thus prescribing me to create this album. This is the reason behind the title of this LP. Since his diagnosis I've married the love of my life and things have gone from strength to strength. So sit back zone out and enjoy as I take you on a journey through K-Town by way of Tough Touch and Mad Method.
